$1,000 Referral Program
Referring a qualified physician who is subsequently hired by our client will earn you the referral fee. Referrals are the strength of our recruiting and this is our simply way of saying thank you bringing us together with those you respect and wish to help.
Following are the Employee Referral Bonus program details:
· $1,000 for a full-time RN, PT, OT
Rules:
- The candidate referred must be hired within 3-months of the referral being submitted and will be paid upon referral candidate’s completion of 3-months continuous employment.
- To be eligible for a referral bonus, each referral must be submitted into the Referral System (Refer a Friend link located on the bottom of each Open Position).
- The first person to refer a candidate will lock-in the candidate for 3-months as their exclusive referral
- It is simple, all you need to do is email a friend. Your email and the candidates email is tracked. If the applicant accepts a job offer you will be notified and asked for your name and contact information.
